Perform you maintain a copy of my processed files?

Absolutely not. Your files are yours and yours alone. While your files are on our servers, they are completely secure and no one can access them. We keep them for a maximum of 1 hour so you can download them. After that, they are permanently deleted from our servers. You can also delete the document yourself after each conversion. We will not review, copy, or analyze your files in any way.

Will my company's files be safe with your service?

Yes. All uploads use HTTPS/SSL, and to further enhance security, we also employ end-to-end encryption. These additional measures strengthen security and comply with most corporate data privacy policies. Overall, your data remains completely secure. We adhere to the EU Data Protection Regulation, which is one of the strictest data protection standards in the world (GDPR).

What are your system requirements?

Our system requirements are remarkably basic. To warrant our tools jog smoothly, we recommend using these browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 10 or later, and Safari. If you encounter any issues during the download process, we suggest you attempt using your browser in incognito mode.

Why haven't I received the confirmation email for my email address?

The confirmation email should come in your email account immediately. However, it may sometimes pick up a minuscule longer. If you haven't received it after 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or email us.

How can I upload my files?

The effortless way is to simply drag and drop your files directly onto our canvas. You can also click the 'Choose File' button or import your files from major cloud storage services like Google Drive or Dropbox.

Can I convert my scanned PDF files into an editable document?

Converting a scanned PDF to an editable format or another editable document type requires OCR (Optical Character Recognition). This is a system that converts non-selectable, scanned text into a standard office document format. Since our previous release, converting scanned PDFs to office formats has become possible.

Why is my conversion taking so long?

Unfortunately, this is not entirely under our control. Processing speed depends on several factors, so the time it accept to convert your files will depend on your internet connection speed, the size of the selected files, and primarily, the load on our servers.
